Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, with the exception of the costs of returning the goods, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from receipt of the notification of your withdrawal.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after notification of the withdrawal.
The customer bears the costs of return, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods or are defective.
Exclusion / special provisions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs
- goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g. hygienically sealed items that have been opened)

Shipping method & delivery time
We ship our products with DHL (standard shipping).
Delivery time within Germany: 2–5 working days

Germany & EU: Free shipping for orders with a value of €30 or more
Orders below €30: €4.90 shipping costs
The shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Please provide a valid delivery address. We assume no liability for misdirected shipments due to incorrect address details.
Delivery restrictions
We deliver exclusively to the specified delivery address within Germany and the EU.
DHL usually delivers from Monday to Saturday.
Shipment tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
Transport damage
Please check the delivery upon receipt and report any transport damage immediately by email to contact@elieestudios.com so that we can settle the damage quickly.
